Second in our client’s series of Balance in the Boardroom events, this an invitation-only workshop designed for senior, action-oriented individuals to undertake a robust examination of the barriers to inclusion for women and under-represented groups particularly within the STEM-based sectors, as seen by the people inside the enterprise.

Our research collaboration will culminate in a white paper challenging the status quo and defining the actions needed to address prevailing barriers to greater inclusion, and as such your insights will be invaluable. This is a virtual event which replaces the meeting previously scheduled in March which had to be postponed due to the Covid outbreak.

Terri Simpkin PhD, Portman Associate, researcher and academic will lead the panel and audience discussion and will collate the data to develop a robust and evidence-based call to action for attendees and the broader sector.
