The world has changed, and it's clear new leadership styles, behaviors, and goals for business and government must change with it. Even pre-Covid, a reconceptualization of organizations and its leadership was underway. The pandemic revealed a need for a humanization of leadership, corporate behaviors and expectations.

There is a push for leaders who re-envision their company's value to consumers, their communities and their people with a trend toward innovation. The new leadership must re-envision the workplace, and reinvent the work lives of those inside the business.
Support for collaborative approaches via distributed leadership mechanisms is growing, as is the idea that good leadership takes more than the weight of personality.
